Warranty Coverage
All TSEPENEV lighting fixtures are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months starting from the order confirmation date. This warranty will not extend the official return and refund period.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental impact, improper use or unauthorized product modification. Normal aging and consumable components are also excluded, including complimentary light bulbs, internal switches and daily surface wear. Damage caused by non-compliant installation or maintenance that violates product instructions is not covered. This warranty is only applicable to products used within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
Warranty Service
When product failure occurs within the warranty period, please contact our customer support by email with your order number, product information, fault description and detailed photos. Our team will complete review and confirmation within 2 business days. Qualified defective items will be repaired or replaced with identical or equivalent products free of charge. We undertake return shipping costs for quality defects; customers shall bear the shipping fees for non-quality related problems.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is only applicable to the original buyer and does not apply to second-hand or resold goods. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss or consequential damage caused by product failure.
